URBAN IMPACT...New York City

URBAN IMPACT   ministers to various immigrant tribes and people groups in New York City. Many times, as Christians, we have a great burden for the lost people in foreign lands who have never had the chance to hear the Gospel.   Unfortunately, when these very same lost people move to our own country, we somehow overlook them.

Starting in December, one of URBAN IMPACT'S target groups will be the Malinke tribe--a remote African bush people of Mali, West Africa. There are reportedly several thousand of the Malinke tribe now living in New York City.   In December an Urban Impact Tentmaker Missionary will be placed in New York City to reach these people. Our new missionary has previously served with IMB in Mali and is familiar with the Malinke language and culture. Pray that we will be effective in reaching the New York Malinke and that, through them, many of the 2+million African Malinkes will also be reached.

URBAN IMPACT   is an urban ministry dedicated to helping the unreached people groups of New York City come to Christ.
